With the attached resume, I would like to take the time and share of my compassion, accountability, respect and quality of care I give as a Personal Support Worker, working with clients in the geriatric field and individuals with disabilities.

As a part of my Personal Support Worker career I have been accountable not only to my managers but to the families of the clients as well. While showing compassion and respect to the client I have been responsible for notifying families of any potential health changes and or concerns while working with Doctors and Nurses.

I have worked with clients who have (NOTE: add or remove any that you or have not worked with) G-Tubes, colostomy bags, Alzheimer’s, cancer, ALS, FAS, autism and those who are on palliative care. I have also attended workshops on (note bowel and bladder care, lifts and transfer/back care training) and have a (certificate) for dealing with difficult consumers. Along with the previous certificates I also have my (Note: Edit in your own info) High school diploma, PSW certification, CRP and First Aid, and WHIMIS training.
