Canadian retailers will ship the goods to you in a more timely fashion, at a cheaper shipping cost (usually) and shipments will always avoid duty taxes and slowdowns. The American retailers' the goods may sometimes be cheaper, but you may have to pay a duty charge. When trying to determine the best value take into account price, currency conversion, shipping costs and possible duty charges.
